What types of computers and electronics do you accept?
Please view a list of accepted items here.
What are your pick-up recycling fees?
We recycle most electronics FREE of charge. Drop-offs are free for most items. Pick-ups start at $39 depending on volume and distance from our facility. Additional fees apply for TVs and computer monitors. View our full fee schedule here.
What areas do you serve?
Our facility is located in The Bond Building at 300 E Godfrey Ave, Unit 3, Philadelphia, PA 19120 (our receiving garage is located between door 1 & 2). We serve Philadelphia and surrounding communities including Bucks, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties. Pick-up service availability may vary by distance — contact us to confirm your area.
Do you offer pick-up service?
Yes. Pick-ups start at $39 and include up to one 6-foot truck bed load of items, provided everything fits safely below the bed rails. We provide loading assistance for all pick-ups. Items should be in an accessible location free of long flights of stairs or obstacles.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Appointments are required for both drop-offs and pick-ups. Please do not arrive at our facility without a scheduled appointment — service will be denied.
What are your service hours?
Service hours are available Monday-Friday but are dependent on staff availability.
Do I have to be present at time of pick-up?
Customer presence is encouraged. However, it is not necessary if all approved items are placed in an accessible location and clearly designated for removal.
Can you help with loading and unloading?
Absolutely. We provide loading assistance for all pick-ups and unloading assistance for all drop-offs.
What happens to the items you collect?
Every device we collect is either repurposed when possible or responsibly recycled through our trusted partners. We are committed to keeping e-waste out of landfills.
What happens to data on my devices?
We encourage customers to wipe devices before drop-off or pick-up. However, all data-bearing devices we collect are subject to our secure sanitization process to protect your privacy. Certified data sanitization is available upon request, certified data sanitization provided at additional cost.
What if I submit an item by mistake and I need it back?
Unfortunately, once your items are submitted, they cannot be returned. Please be sure to double check all items before submitting them.
Can I retrieve data off of my device after it is submitted?
Unfortunately, once your items are submitted, data can no longer be retrieved. All items are subjected to sanitization once they are submitted which will render the data irrecoverable.

6 Common Misconceptions About Computer & Electronics Recycling
1 / Its OK to just throw my old electronics out with regular trash pick up.
Many electronics are restricted from regular trash in Pennsylvania under the Covered Device Recycling Act. They can also contain hazardous materials and private data that require proper handling.
2 / All recyclers securely wipe data.
Not all recyclers provide certified data destruction. Without a documented process, there’s no guarantee your personal or business data is fully removed.
3 / Donation is always better.
While donation is commendable and encouraged, it depends on the device condition and whether data has been properly removed. In some cases, secure recycling is the more responsible option.
4 / Scrap yards are the same and pay.
Scrap yards may offer small payouts, but it’s often only pennies per pound and typically requires volume, disassembly, and sorting—which may still result in very little overall value. Also, data security is not their priority, so your data is a risk. Furthermore, scrap yards can be disorganized and messy, may pose a risk of damage to your vehicle during unloading, and often provide little to no assistance when unloading items.
5 / Recycling electronics is expensive or complicated.
With the right provider, recycling is simple, fast, and often free or low-cost with pickup and drop-off options.
6 / There’s a lot of valuable metals in old electronics or "you're just taking the gold."
Only some devices contain recoverable metals, and quantities are small. Refining materials requires volume on an industrial scale, unlike the smaller lots of items we often collect. Responsible recycling focuses on safe recovery—we do not refine materials in any capacity.

We had a great experience working with Robert. It was a quick turnaround time in regards to receiving certs for the wiped computers we recycled.
